Easily pull manual shots while shifting between flow rates to "record" your favorite shot and "playback" all day. A dedicated pre-infusion circuit lets the barista more gently saturate the coffee bed for more balanced, consistent extractions. Features a matte black powder-coated cup rail and wings, anodized aluminum body panels, Soft Touch portafilters, and Onyx Duratex actuators.
