The redesigned GB5 S brings a modern update while honoring its roots. Its look blends traditional Florentine lilies with clean, contemporary lines. Inside, it features a heat exchanger system and Piero group caps for improved temperature stability at the group heads. The EE (semi-automatic) configuration gives baristas full manual control over shot timing.
