The FETCO HWD-2105 TOD is a 5-gallon Temperature-On-Demand hot water dispenser built for front-of-house and back-of-house use in cafés, restaurants, hotels, and institutional foodservice operations. Unlike the standard HWD-2105, the TOD model allows operators to pre-set up to four different dispensing temperatures, making it ideal for establishments that serve a variety of hot beverages and food items requiring different water temperatures. At the touch of a button, staff or customers can select the precise temperature needed for delicate green tea, black tea, instant coffee, oatmeal, soups, or other hot water applications. Built around FETCO's capacitive touch function selector technology, it features a high-resolution digital display, an SD card slot for field software updates, a soft silicone tap to protect glass and ceramic serveware, and a built-in float indicator in the drip tray to simplify maintenance. Dual voltage compatible with virtually any commercial electrical installation. UL, cUL, and NSF certified.
