The FETCO HWD-2105 is a 5-gallon countertop hot water dispenser designed for high-demand front-of-house and back-of-house use in cafés, restaurants, hotels, and institutional foodservice operations. Built around FETCO's capacitive touch function selector technology, it features a high-resolution digital display for easy temperature programming and real-time feedback, plus an SD card slot for straightforward software updates in the field. A single programmable temperature range covers 158°F to 203°F, making it suitable for tea service and general hot water prep. The soft silicone tap protects glass and ceramic serveware from damage, and a built-in float indicator in the drip tray alerts staff when the tray needs emptying. Dual voltage compatible with virtually any commercial electrical installation. UL, cUL, and NSF certified.
