The FETCO HWD-2102 is a compact countertop hot water dispenser built for front-of-house or back-of-house use in cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and office coffee service. Offering a 2-gallon tank with a simple two-stage touch-button interface, it delivers hot water on demand for tea, oatmeal, instant beverages, and food prep applications. Three LED indicator lights show power, heating, and ready-to-dispense status at a glance, while a touch-button lockout feature prevents accidental dispensing. The soft silicone tap protects glassware and ceramic serveware, and a built-in float indicator in the drip tray signals when the tray needs emptying. Available in 120V and 240V configurations. UL, cUL, and NSF certified.
